Lenoir offers standard three to five business day shipping for all products at a flat rate throughout the United States as well as an express two day shipping option. For alternate arrangements, please contact our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Lenoir offers international four to eight business day shipping for $25. Should our parcel have issues processing through customs, we are unable to guarantee that your shipment will arrive within our allotted timeframe and cannot take responsibility for any import duties that are accrued.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Though we only aim to please, Lenoir readily accepts returns within 14 days of the receipt of your order, should the following conditions be met:
- Garments must be in original selling condition, including original tags and packaging.
- All hygiene strips cannot be removed from bottoms.
- Sale items cannot be returned.
Refunds: All refunds are processed within 14 working days of receipt by Lenoir. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds to a third party. Someone from our customer care team will finalize your return via email once it has been issued.

Exchanges: Lenoir only offers size exchanges on the same product when available. All size exchanges will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the original garment by Lenoir. Should the replacement size of your given product be unavailable, you will automatically be issued a full refund. Someone from our customer care team will contact you via email to confirm its provision.
